**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Junior Occupational Safety Technician to support occupational health and safety routines, contributing to risk prevention, promoting a safe work environment, and strengthening the company’s safety culture. Key responsibilities: Inspect and provide technical advisory support to work areas, proposing corrective and preventive measures. Monitor the management of occupational health and safety programs. Develop and conduct safety training sessions and educational campaigns. Establish safety policies and procedures in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and best practices. Prepare and issue technical reports, safety performance indicators, and occupational health and safety statistical data. Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing improvements. Issue PPP (Previdenciary Professional Profile). Manage third-party documentation. Support Emergency Brigade and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) activities. Ensure proper use, inspection, and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE). Prepare and issue PLT (Work Release Permit) and APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis). Support Occupational Health and Safety Management System routines. Perform duties in compliance with NR 35, interfacing with related activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School + Technical Training in Occupational Safety. Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Driver’s license, Category B. Proactivity, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively across all hierarchical levels. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs/ABNT) and labor legislation. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of SAP. Experience with Senior and SOC systems.
