If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Performance Analysis and Planning:** * Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, income statements (DRE), financial products, target plans, budgets, and inventory, comparing store performance within the region. * Identify opportunities and develop action plans to boost results and ensure achievement of targets. **Supervisor and Team Leader Management:** * Guide and monitor supervisors’ and team leaders’ activities, ensuring alignment of processes, organization, product display, restocking, arrangement, inventory, distribution, cash handling, compliance, financial products, fitting room service, and sales area operations with internal procedures. **Commercial Initiatives and Financial Sales:** * Directly contribute to improving results by addressing underperformance and increasing sales of financial products and services. * Plan and assign team tasks, implementing strategic actions together with supervisors and team leaders to achieve product and card sales targets. **Loss Prevention:** * Monitor loss prevention indicators jointly with compliance, analyze incidents, and issue reports to management and responsible departments at headquarters. **Cash Management:** * Supervise cash closing, verify reports, and ensure accuracy of amounts and records. * Monitor armored vehicle deliveries, password releases, safe openings, and cash count verifications, recording all information in the system. **Competitor Analysis:** * Observe competitors’ campaigns, window displays, checkout lines, and pricing, identifying improvement opportunities to create a competitive advantage in the region. **Talent Acquisition and Development:** * Recruit and approve candidates for operational positions, and collaborate with the regional manager to assess and validate candidates for leadership roles, following defined criteria and profiles. * Develop the team through training, continuous coaching, and individual action plans, identifying talent for career progression, succession planning, and retention in coordination with regional management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must definitely have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
