Join us as one of the \#CN_Talents! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register materials, services, and BPs in the system according to requests from user departments, ensuring timely updates and reliability of Cimento Nacional's master data base. * Review, correct, and cleanse existing registrations, identifying inconsistencies, incompleteness, or deviations from standards, thereby ensuring information quality. * Classify materials and services by product line, performing validations with Accounting and Tax departments to ensure proper cost allocation and tax recovery. * Provide internal customer support by clarifying doubts and supplying information related to materials, services, and suppliers. * Critically analyze incoming requests, proactively guiding users toward data correction and compliance with established standards. * Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and traceability within the system, guaranteeing adherence to internal procedures. * Maintain departmental service standards, meeting the SLA of up to 2 business days per request without compromising information quality. * Support preparation of departmental reports and KPIs, providing inputs for coordination and supervision in decision-making. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects, supporting initiatives led by coordination and supervision. * Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the partner responsible for item standardization, ensuring alignment and consistency of registrations. * Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices, continuously improving processes and outcomes. * Ensure compliance with Cimento Nacional’s principles, values, Code of Conduct, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, proactively mitigating risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields, preferably Engineering or administrative disciplines. * Experience in administrative activities, registration tasks, or similar areas. * Basic knowledge of material, service, and/or BP registration. * Familiarity with SAP – Registration module (Material Master, Service Master, and BP Master). * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail to manage high-volume workloads. * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments and internal customer support. * Ability to meet deadlines, work with SLAs, and manage simultaneous requests. ### **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with material, service, or BP registration. * Experience registering MRO spare parts. * Prior experience in an industrial environment (cement, steel, mining, or similar). * Advanced SAP knowledge. * Ongoing postgraduate studies or MBA. * Willingness to learn, technical curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. ### **Location and Work Schedule:** * **Location:** Belo Horizonte * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Work Model:** Hybrid **Additional Information** **JOIN OUR TEAM** We invite you to join CN’s talent pool and accompany us on our ongoing journey toward operational excellence, socio-environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.
