Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing prescriptions, monitoring drug interactions, supervising interns, and supporting processes to improve quality and reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Support for procurement processes and quality improvement **SALARY + HAZARDOUS DUTY ALLOWANCE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * 6 months of experience in pharmacist-related activities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel); **Responsibilities:** * Analyze medical prescriptions, perform medication reconciliation, monitor drug interactions and adverse reactions, and follow up on patients' therapeutic plans. Conduct admissions into the PEP system, review protocols, evaluate requests for non-standardized medications, and prepare chemotherapy when required. Supervise interns, deliver training, and configure systems to ensure traceability and up-to-date registration in MV Soul. Support procurement and health insurance processes, and participate in committees focused on quality improvement, safety, and cost reduction. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
