System configuration, installation, and monitoring User support – second level – including incident logging, clarification of doubts, resolution of issues, and installation of software, printers, and connectivity devices. **Schedule:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- 12x36 \- Night Shift. **Salary:** R$ 2\.076,23 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Medical assistance (UNIMED); * Dental assistance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (Childcare Assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, auto repair shops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide hardware and software support to users, identifying and distinguishing non-conformities to resolve problems and irregularities or escalate to third-party technical support when necessary; * Monitor service quality delivered by third-party technical support companies within the assigned area, proposing and suggesting improvements when required; * Perform corrective hardware maintenance using appropriate tools and equipment according to specifications, technical manuals, and diagrams to restore operational functionality; * Redesign hardware configurations when required and upon request from the immediate supervisor; * Assemble and configure computers and peripherals for user deployment, including installation at predetermined locations; * Install software acquired by the Company and update versions to ensure optimal usage; * Guide users on basic operations of operating systems and management systems to enhance their proficiency; * Provide user support across all systems used at Santa Casa BH, promoting optimal utilization of available resources, clarifying doubts, and attempting to resolve reported irregularities; * Participate in system implementation and validation testing to facilitate user availability; * Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to monitor operational performance of implemented systems to meet user requests; * Request spare parts and materials required for hardware repairs and maintenance to meet service demand; * Manage movement of microcomputer equipment across all Santa Casa BH units; * Provide operational support for all internal and external events requiring information technology; * Maintain hardware and software maintenance records using Excel spreadsheets, keeping a database with relevant information for tracking and control; * Support management on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of responsibility; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in Information Technology. **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
