Job Summary: IT Analyst responsible for administering servers, networks, operating systems, and databases; providing technical support; and ensuring information security. Key Highlights: 1. Network, firewall, and information security configuration Human Resources Consulting is seeking an IT Analyst in Belo Horizonte (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Administer servers, computer networks, operating systems, and databases. Configure and manage servers to ensure availability and security. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues. Perform PC formatting and corrective and preventive maintenance of microcomputers. Install, configure, and update software, including Microsoft applications. Operate and support the Adobe suite, including Photoshop. Perform printer maintenance and installation. Configure networks, structured cabling, and network infrastructure (TCP/IP). Configure firewalls, manage user accounts and passwords, and implement information security procedures. Analyze IT requirements, research emerging technologies, and propose solutions for continuous improvement. Prepare technical reports, document procedures, and maintain up-to-date IT infrastructure. Previous experience as an Information Technology Specialist, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, or Technical Support Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
