Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations **Position: Inventory Analyst** Belo Horizonte – MG Outpatient Hospital – Plastic Surgery We are looking for an **Inventory Analyst** to work at an outpatient hospital specialized in plastic surgery, ensuring control, organization, and availability of medical supplies, medications, and hospital consumables, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage incoming, outgoing, and storage of materials and medications; * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor product expiration dates; * Monitor minimum stock levels and submit purchase requests; * Verify invoices and ensure item traceability; * Organize inventory according to health surveillance regulations and hospital best practices; * Support internal and external audits; * Maintain and update the inventory management system. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Prior experience in inventory control (preferably in hospital or clinical settings); * Knowledge of hospital material control and shelf-life management; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Familiarity with management systems/ERP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospitals, clinics, or surgical centers; * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations; * Experience with rotating inventories and batch-based control.
