We are seeking a **Water Resources Intern**, currently pursuing a degree in **Civil, Environmental, Hydraulic, Urban, or Civil Production Engineering**, to work in **Belo Horizonte/MG**, in a **hybrid format**.

**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* Supporting the collection and analysis of hydrological data, such as precipitation, streamflow, water level, and water quality;
* Assisting in the development and sizing of hydraulic systems and structures (drainage, reservoirs, dams, channels, dikes, etc.);
* Supporting the creation of hydrological models for runoff simulation, rainfall and streamflow estimation, and extreme event forecasting;
* Contributing to hydrological and hydraulic studies related to safety, water availability, and environmental preservation;
* Supporting the preparation of water resources management plans and analyses focused on sustainable use and impact reduction;
* Assisting in hydrological risk and environmental impact studies, including problem identification and solution proposal;
* Supporting the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and feasibility studies used in projects;
* Collaborating with the technical team in developing integrated solutions, applying project methodologies and technologies, always with a focus on learning.
**We expect you to have:**
* An ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil, Environmental, Hydraulic, Urban, or Civil Production Engineering, between the 4th and 7th semesters;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, ArcGIS and/or QGIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D;
* Prior coursework in Hydraulics and/or Hydrology.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Familiarity with specialized software such as HEC\-HMS, HEC\-RAS, SisCCoH, RiverFlow2D, Flow3D, and OpenFOAM;
* Intermediate English proficiency.
