Focus on positive results and goal achievement **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Company Description: A vehicle protection company operating across multiple Brazilian states, with its headquarters located in Belo Horizonte. **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our team in Belo Horizonte, MG. This role is responsible for lead generation and qualification, prospecting new customers, and addressing their needs—always promoting excellent relationships and service experience. The professional will engage in consultative selling and develop and maintain solid commercial relationships with customers. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Inside Sales and Lead Generation: Proven experience conducting inside sales and implementing lead generation strategies—not necessarily within the Vehicle Protection sector—with emphasis on positive outcomes and target achievement. Customer Service and Communication: Ability to effectively serve customers, conveying information clearly and understandably. Relationship Building: Capability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Proficiency with technology and CRM systems is considered a positive differentiator. Excellent organizational skills and teamwork ability. Commitment to achieving targets. **COMPENSATION:** Base Salary: R$ 2.000,00 (FIXED) Performance Bonus: Up to R$3.000,00 tax-free upon target achievement.
