Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented and negotiation-focused Internal Collections Agent to facilitate the amicable resolution of customer debts. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with customers We are looking for an Internal Collections Agent to join our team. If you possess strong customer interaction skills, are motivated by results, and have negotiation capabilities, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Contact delinquent customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail to achieve amicable debt resolution. * Identify reasons for delinquency and offer viable negotiation alternatives for customers. * Ensure achievement of credit recovery targets and contribute to the collections team's overall performance. * Record and update contact and negotiation information in the CRM system. * Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with customers, prioritizing problem resolution and satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance negotiation techniques and outreach approaches.
