Join a team that unites ethics, empathy, and excellence Assist the institution's pharmacists in activities related to hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, and chemotherapy pharmacy (CT), developing practical skills in the Pharmaceutical Assistance and Pharmaceutical Care cycle, according to resources available at Instituto Mário Penna Schedule: 07:00 to 13:00 MON–FRI WITH BREAK 13:00 to 19:00 MON–FRI WITH BREAK **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inventory management of medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Dispensing of medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Replenishment of controlled substances inventory for pharmacies, via daily quota * Verification of medications and medical\-hospital supplies for pharmacy replenishment * Billing, production, and return of medication and medical\-hospital supply kits * Billing and production of sealed tapes * Billing, production, and return of crash carts * Returns of medical\-hospital supplies and medications * Pharmacy organization (bin identification, product organization) * Collection and disposal of expired medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Receipt of controlled substances from Unit C * Clinical Pharmacy (inpatients and ICU patients): * Pharmaceutical anamnesis * Medication reconciliation * Monitoring of pharmaceutical interconsultations * Pharmacotherapeutic monitoring * Medication counseling via feeding tube\/catheter * Monitoring of technical validation of prescriptions * Monitoring and replenishment of non\-standardized medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Monitoring of adverse drug reactions * Monitoring of request, evaluation, and dispensing workflow for non\-standardized medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Weekly count of non\-standardized medications * Chemotherapy Pharmacy (clinical and supervisory activities): * Patient counseling at initiation of oral treatment * Patient counseling at initiation of intravenous chemotherapy treatment * Monitoring\/adherence to oral chemotherapy treatment * Monitoring of adverse drug reactions * Recording of Ministry of Health medications on the SIGAF platform * Pharmacy organization (bin identification, product organization) * Replenishment of controlled substances inventory for pharmacies * Sorting of medical\-hospital supplies and medications * Labeling **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy program. * Completion of courses in Hospital Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy; DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in Hospital Pharmacy. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Meals:** Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$ 14.30 per workday. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 800.00 Are you seeking more than just a job?
