A championship team with excellence embedded in its DNA. **So, if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our national expansion and organizational development, join us!** **Job Description** The Production Pharmacist will be responsible for coordinating production processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), current legislation, and Pharmédice’s established quality standards. This role involves team management, ensuring productivity, safety, efficiency, and technical compliance across all processes, as well as participation in the implementation of a new site. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor performance indicators and implement process improvements; * Develop, review, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Coordinate and guide the pharmacist responsible for routine operations; * Conduct training sessions; * Ensure traceability and quality of compounded products; * Validate and sign technical documentation; * Collaborate closely with the Quality Department to ensure compliance with internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, with active CRF registration; * Prior experience in pharmaceutical production coordination; * Strong leadership and process improvement skills; * Knowledge and experience in injectable drug manufacturing; * Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree in Production Management, Quality Management, or related fields is desirable; * Experience implementing performance indicators (KPIs) is desirable; * Proficiency in Protheus (Totvs) management system is desirable. **Benefits** * Salary range: BRL 8,500.00 – BRL 10,000.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 23.00/day * Transportation allowance / Fuel subsidy * Usiminas Health Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment) * Dental plan: BRL 26.00/month (optional) * Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday * SESC agreement * Araújo agreement **Department** * Manufacturing of pharmaceutical and pharmacochemical products Full-time – Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Experience: * Injectable manufacturing (Mandatory) * Pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory) * People management (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Active CRF registration (Mandatory) Work location: Serra neighborhood / Belo Horizonte – MG Experience: * Injectable production (Mandatory) * Pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory) Work location: On-site Compensation: BRL 8,500.00 – BRL 10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration? * Do you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry? * Do you have experience in injectable production?
