Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator passionate about technology to manage projects, serve as the liaison with clients, and deliver training. Key Highlights: 1. We are determined to **make an impact**, driven by the challenge of building **innovative software** for companies across **Latin America and the world**. **We’re looking for someone who:** * Is passionate about technology and innovation; * Has a strong desire to learn and grow alongside Teknisa; * Is focused, proactive, and always ensures client success; * Enjoys teamwork and communicates effectively; * Takes ownership of their life and continuously seeks growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage projects considering scope, time, and cost; * Serve as the liaison between the client and Teknisa; * Complete project tracking forms aligned with Teknisa’s project management methodology; * Deliver training to employees when required; * Conduct client diagnostics; * Execute implementation projects based on planning; * Monitor resource allocation within the project; * Delegate tasks to subordinates; * Monitor the schedules of implementation consultants; * Monitor technical training delivered at the client site; * Train direct reports and prepare successors; * Assist in organizing team meetings; * Evaluate direct reports using HR-designated tools and frameworks, such as 1:1 meetings and feedback culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * **Experience coordinating projects**; * **Willingness and availability to travel**; * Possession of necessary infrastructure and tools to work remotely and on-site at client locations (computer/smartphone and high-quality internet). **Success in this role means:** * Being organized and familiar with Microsoft Project and project management systems; * Being communicative and comfortable working under pressure; * Remaining consistently attentive to client needs; * Enjoying collaboration with people. **Additional Information** * **CLT employment contract with initial salary: R$4\.000,00** * Commission upon project delivery; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Profit Sharing; * Unimed Health Plan with no co-payment, partially subsidized for the Teker and dependents; * Dental Plan for the Teker and dependents; * Pharmacy Benefit Program; * Life Insurance; * TekBaby: Gift for newborns and extended leave policies (Maternity Leave: 6 months / Paternity Leave: 1 month); * Meu Pet Club: Pet health plan; * SESI Agreement: Access to clubs and hotels throughout Minas Gerais; * Access to top Brazilian gyms via Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Discount partnerships with stores and services (Duo Gourmet, Cemig Sim, Coco Bambu, etc.); * Birthday gift and celebration; * Tek Store: Free gifts for employees; * Education benefits and partnerships: UnicoSkill, Udemy, Wise UP, EnglishPass, Descomplica, and more; * Unitek: Teknisa’s corporate university for professional growth. * Feedback-oriented culture; * Friendly, welcoming team that champions diversity and inclusion!
