We are seeking a strategic, hands-on People & Talent Specialist to act as a partner to leadership and drive core people processes across the entire organization.
This role is responsible for executing and continuously evolving the company’s people strategy, ensuring structure, consistency, and scalability across all HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution capability with strategic vision, taking ownership of performance, talent, and organizational processes while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. People Strategy & Business Partnership**
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives
Support organizational design, team structuring, and workforce planning
Generate insights and recommendations based on people analytics and business needs
Ensure alignment between people strategy and day-to-day execution
**2. Talent Development & Organizational Capability**
Lead the implementation of career paths across different functions
Support and coordinate succession initiatives to ensure talent continuity
Lead training and development programs aligned with organizational needs
Identify competency gaps and execute development plans
Support talent assessment and leadership development processes
**3. Culture & Performance**
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and evaluations
Support leaders in enhancing team performance and accountability
Contribute to building a high-performance, accountable culture
Execute engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values
Monitor performance and engagement metrics, proposing improvements when needed
**4. People Operational Model**
Lead core people processes, ensuring organizational structure and cadence
Execute and manage key HR cycles, including:
Performance evaluation cycles
Engagement surveys and feedback collection
Organizational and workforce planning
Retention tracking and action planning
Ensure consistency and continuous improvement of HR processes
Support the use of people analytics for decision-making
**5. Governance, Compliance & Labor Relations**
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and internal policies
Support HR administrative processes, including payroll, benefits, and documentation
Manage labor relations topics, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
Serve as the point of contact for employees and leaders on people-related matters
Collaborate with legal teams and external stakeholders as needed
**Education & Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management or Organizational Development (preferred)
Advanced English
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Experience**
7–10+ years of experience in HR / People
Solid experience in performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning
Experience executing and improving HR processes and initiatives
Experience supporting leadership in people-related decisions
Experience in talent development and engagement initiatives
Analytical profile with experience using people data
