We have recently embarked on a new major innovation journey, where new processes and products will be developed to deliver even greater value to our customers; therefore, we hope you will join us on this journey. **Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback); * Developing and reviewing job descriptions in collaboration with managers; * Posting job openings on internal and external platforms; * Acting as a partner to managers in understanding each department’s needs; * Organizing and monitoring online and in-person interview stages; * Ensuring timely candidate follow-up, maintaining a positive candidate experience; * Updating and monitoring HR metrics; * Requesting, receiving, verifying, validating, and entering documents of newly hired employees into the TOTVS platform. **Requirements** For this position, it is important that you have: * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews; * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); * Experience with HR systems—(TOTVS); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Full in-person availability in Belo Horizonte/MG. **But what do we offer?** * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Pharmacy partnership * Payroll-deductible loan * Psychological support All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PcD).
