We are looking for an organized, analytical, and highly communicative HR Assistant! **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Benefits Management:** From request processing to supplier analysis (Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Basic Food Basket). * **Operational Routines:** Employee support, vacation management, time tracking, and monitoring and recording of medical certificates. * **Payroll Calculations and Taxes:** Execution of monthly payroll, severance calculations, 13th salary, and tax assessments (INSS and Income Tax). * **Finance:** Recording of accruals and accounting validation. * **Communication:** Developing strategies to help employees maximize their benefits. **What we are looking for:** * Prior experience in HR routines, preferably including labor calculations. * Proficiency in Excel. * Quick learning ability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive mindset focused on process improvement. * Preferred: Familiarity with the Sankhya system. **What we offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Continuous development environment; * Meal allowance of BRL 462.00 per month (BRL 22.00 per day); * Transportation allowance; * Medical and dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Wellhub.
