Manage teams and collaborate integrally with other departments **Hospital is hiring for:** Fundraising Advisor — Promote and disseminate institutional information to partners, donors, and supporters, ensuring clear communication aligned with the institution’s values. Strengthen relationships with individuals and legal entities, expanding the Network of Friends and institutional reputation. Participate in Third Sector fundraising events and initiatives, developing strategic planning with goals, indicators, and timelines. Manage and update partner registries, monitor institutional visits, and prepare performance reports. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze impacts, and propose continuous improvements to fundraising activities. Conduct parliamentary amendment fundraising and oversee related processes. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation. Manage teams, work schedules, time banks, and performance, collaborating integrally with other departments. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Public Relations or Business Administration, professional council registration, and relevant work experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms. Mastery of Portuguese language (written and verbal), crisis management, ethical principles, and institutional image building and enhancement. Knowledge of results-oriented marketing strategies and interpersonal relationship management. Basic knowledge of SUS legislation, Third Sector regulations, LGPD, Compliance, and hand hygiene. Desired Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Communication or Marketing and/or courses in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or related fields.
