




Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting and supervising room cleaning services to ensure quality standards, training staff, and managing inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect rooms and ensure quality standards for cleaning 2. Supervise and train housekeeping staff 3. Manage inventory of supplies and resolve guest requests \- Conduct rigorous inspections of rooms (vacated and occupied) after housekeeping staff have cleaned them to ensure compliance with hotel standards prior to room release; \- Organize, supervise, and control cleaning services on assigned floors, establishing and standardizing routines; \- Conduct training sessions and monitor housekeeping staff during work to ensure service effectiveness. \- Report damages, breakages, or maintenance needs (electrical/plumbing) via the system and to the hotel’s maintenance team; \- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens on assigned floors, and implement measures to prevent waste. \- Promptly and courteously resolve guest requests or complaints; \- Record and manage guest belongings left behind on assigned floors WORK SCHEDULE: 5X2 Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Hospitality industry (preferred) Work Location: On-site
