Serving various segments of the metal-mechanical industry, the company strives to deliver efficient, high-standard solutions to its clients, both domestically and internationally. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and update daily cash flow; * Perform cash closing jointly with the board and managers; * Process all company expenses (raw materials, inputs, payroll, advances, and reimbursements); * Register payments with banks and monitor execution; * Control banking expenses, aiming to reduce fees and financial costs; * Monitor invoice entries in accounts payable, ensuring compliance with financial obligations; * Record daily payment settlements; * Update and maintain financial management spreadsheets; * Monitor bank account balances across group companies; * Track purchase orders and their payment flows; * Perform bank reconciliations based on bank statements and financial transactions; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; Prior experience in this role. * **Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * If you seek to join a company recognized for quality and commitment, and meet the requirements listed above, join our team!
