This position is within Hexagon Mining, a global leader in mining technology and provider of solutions addressing challenges in surface and underground mining, with proven technologies in planning, operations, and safety. **Role Objective:** We are seeking a professional residing in Belo Horizonte (BH) and surrounding areas to serve as a Field Support Technician (mining). Your objective will be to perform hardware and software installation routines on electro-electronic equipment and carry out activities related to supervising these installations as well as other electro-mechanical equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install and configure monitoring systems such as radars and robotic total stations, where applicable. * Perform hardware and software installations on equipment installed at client sites (mining companies). * Conduct hardware maintenance on installations to ensure optimal equipment and system functionality. * Verify operation of deployed hardware and software products. * Calibrate and adjust electro-electronic and/or electro-mechanical components of installations. * Provide technical assistance in case of failures, repairs, and/or upon request by traveling to the site to identify the defect and its cause. * Assist clients in shipping equipment for repair and maintenance. * Document improvements and processes related to assembly and installation of kits and other company hardware products. * Perform basic registration and configuration tasks in the system provided by the company. * Generate activity and service reports for both the company and the client. * Generate travel expense reports. * Reside in another location when working on-site at a client. * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in industrial automation, electrotechnology, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Experience in assembling electro-electronic equipment or similar***.*** * Knowledge of electro-electronics * Knowledge of computer science * Mining knowledge is desirable * Willingness to travel * Availability to work rotating shifts (2x2x3\). **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Comprehensive health program (psychological, nutritional, social, financial, and legal support) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Pharmacy discount * Dental plan * Private pension plan Hexagon is an equal opportunity employer.
