Based on your performance, you will have opportunities for promotion and progression, as well as participation in internal initiatives that drive growth! **Let’s go together \#ToInfinityAndBeyond?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing facilities and utilities operations, including energy, utility generation and distribution (potable water, compressed air, steam, electrical power), HVAC, and preventive, corrective, and predictive building maintenance. * Monitor the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems across the plant, corporate premises, and other facilities. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards (including Brazilian Labor Regulatory Norms, environmental requirements, and internal standards). * Guarantee adherence to regulations, fire brigades, and operational licenses. * Responsible for planning layouts, ergonomics, and office or industrial plant relocations. * Manage construction, renovation, technical adaptations, and automation activities in coordination with internal departments and suppliers. * Lead improvement, expansion, modernization, and key technical implementation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. * Negotiate and manage service and utilities contracts, ensuring efficiency, compliance with standards, and market best practices. * Manage internal teams and third-party resources (maintenance, security, cleaning, reception, and other support services). * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions to optimize services and reduce operational costs. * Conduct budgetary management, define targets, track performance, develop talent, and ensure compliance with operational SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related areas. * Proven experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial/building maintenance management, with a demonstrated record of leadership and results. * Knowledge of safety regulations (NRs), EHS, and applicable legislation for industrial/commercial environments. * Solid experience in budget planning, cost control, and performance analysis. * Leadership, strategic vision, and ability to solve complex problems. * Certifications or complementary training in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of operational risk management and contingency planning. * Ability to analyze operational data to support decision-making. **Additional Information** **Hiring Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Work Location:** Estoril/BH **Here’s what we offer:** * Performance-Based Variable Pay **Semester-end bonus, aligned with results and evaluation criteria.** * Gympass **Your health is one of our top priorities—so your gym membership via Gympass is on us!
