Job Summary: Act as the direct liaison between the client and operations, monitoring requests, analyzing KPIs, and resolving operational issues to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the direct liaison between the client and operations, ensuring continuous alignment. 2. Monitor requests and analyze KPIs to anticipate delays and propose solutions. 3. Resolve operational issues and lead negotiations with suppliers. * Act as the direct liaison between the client and internal operations, ensuring continuous alignment; * Monitor all operational requests daily, focusing on anticipating potential delays and proposing preventive solutions; * Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), especially those related to the client's SLA, ensuring compliance with contracted service levels; * Lead negotiations with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow; * Maintain frequent contact with the client for status updates, issue resolution, and expectation alignment; * Ensure effective follow-up on deliverables, maintaining organized records and structured communication; * Address operational issues by seeking agile and efficient alternatives. **Schedule: 5 days/week, 2 days off / Working hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.** Requirements:* Experience in commercial roles within transportation and/or logistics companies; * Knowledge of operational routines and logistics processes (road transport, warehousing, distribution, etc.); * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability and strategic business vision; * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
