**Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of the area and role:** This person will be responsible for serving customers of the Fleury Group. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers’ needs, with a focus on preserving humanized service—without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for receiving and directing patients to the examination room, providing guidance regarding procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, and graphic methods. Completes and verifies forms; positions patients; cleans electrodes and cuffs; enters and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient’s file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Direct patients to the examination room according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance regarding examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images by operating the system and entering examination data as provided by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient’s file with the examination results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness by performing hygiene procedures for ultrasound transducers, including transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and completing required documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support resolution efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to ensure optimal scheduling and efficient rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials for activities from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store incoming materials. **We are looking for someone with:** Completed High School education.
