Responsibilities: Supervise and handle matters related to patient admission documentation; * Organize and adjust appointment and clinic schedules according to demand; * Maintain updated spreadsheets of medical data and health insurance plans; * Request and monitor the organization and cleaning of clinics between scheduled appointments; * Supervise and guide the receptionist team; * Provide support to billing and protocol activities whenever necessary; * Perform post-consultation appointments upon request; * Provide patient care and perform general administrative tasks within the department; * Answer phone calls and attend to individuals visiting the department counter, directing them as needed; * Supply units with office supplies, printed materials, collective-use materials and medications; * Assist department receptionists when necessary; * Encourage completion of Service Evaluations; * Request equipment maintenance and general repairs from responsible departments whenever necessary; * Know, implement, and disseminate the Mission, Vision, and Integrated Management System Policy; * Participate in the department’s risk assessment process; * Participate in departmental risk management according to implemented procedures; * Act in accordance with the institution’s Information Security policies and procedures; Additional Information: \- Work Location: Biocor \- Nova Lima * Work Schedule: 5x2 rotation * Availability for training.
