Job Summary: Responsible for general kitchen activities, pre-preparation and preparation of meals, quality control, and food hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure workplace hygiene and food handling safety **Benefits:** * Salary: R$2\.326,87 * Food basket: R$260.00 * Work schedule: 12x36 Night Shift \- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Meals provided at the company; Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Health Plan; Pharmacy Card. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general kitchen activities under the supervision of the Manager Nutritionist and Nutrition Technician, including pre\-preparation and preparation of side dishes, proteins, desserts, and all menu items; prepare meals according to the daily menu while controlling dish quality, taste, and appearance; monitor meal distribution to ensure service complies with established standards; maintain workplace hygiene by applying correct food handling and preservation methods, as well as ensuring cleaning of kitchen and cafeteria equipment, utensils, and facilities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience working in an industrial kitchen is preferred.
