We seek professionals with proven experience in financial planning and controller functions, solid knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting, and financial forecasting (forecast). Learn more about our open positions here: **Key responsibilities for FPA professionals:** * Support the controller to ensure governance; * Forecasting and consolidation of data used in budgeting, forecasting, revenues and expenses, taxation, capital-related expenses, and investments (CAPEX and OPEX); * Validation and compilation of financial data (large-scale datasets); * Understanding and preparation of the annual budget and planned investments; * Evaluate and identify which of the company’s products or product lines generate the majority of its net profit; * Examine and assess the cost-benefit ratio of each department within the company; * Build and analyze performance results of individual business units; * Prepare internal reports for executive leadership and support decision-making; * Create, update, and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts for the company’s future operations; * Analyze and evaluate corporate expansion opportunities by mapping growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments, supported by financial projections; * Conduct financial modeling, investment analysis, and business analysis; * Define and monitor KPIs to support decision-making. * Analyze actual performance results, explain variances, and assess their impact on the business; * Actively participate in defining criteria for cost allocation and expense distribution. **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; * Advanced accounting, with emphasis on cost management; * Microsoft Office suite; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Power BI development expertise; * Financial modeling specialist; * Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, VBA, Access) is desirable; * SAP system knowledge and experience in the electrical sector are advantageous. **Benefits:** * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * SESC membership; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Employee discount on company products; * Discount on courses offered at Loel Training Center; * SulAmérica dental care plan to ensure oral health; * SulAmérica health insurance with nationwide coverage; * Corporate University for training and professional development focused on your career growth; **Salary:** Negotiable **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte - MG **Work Model:** On-site Like all our job openings, this position is dedicated to diversity and inclusion!
