We are hiring a **Sales Consultant** to work in-person at our unit in the **Center of Belo Horizonte/MG**! Your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-person and proactive consultation to prospective students at the unit. * Processing enrollments and managing the sales process. * Managing post-sale relationships and follow-up to ensure student retention and support until class commencement. Requirements: * Sales experience (preferably in courses/education sector). * Proactive, persuasive profile with strong focus on achieving targets. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work in-person at the **Center of BH**. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a structured compensation package that rewards your effort proportionally: * **Base Salary (CLT):** R$ 1.750,00 * **Transportation Allowance** * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 300,00 *(starting from the 3rd month, with no absences or recurrent tardiness)* * **Aggressive Commission Scheme:** * 10 enrollments: R$ 500,00 commission * 15 enrollments: R$ 1.500,00 commission * **20 enrollments (Target):** R$ 2.000,00 commission \+ **R$ 500,00 Performance Bonus** * **Coordination Bonus (Post-Sale):** R$ 50,00 per enrolled student followed up after 3 months.
