Then this opportunity is for you!** * **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct inside sales of subscription-based car rentals via phone and digital channels; Provide consultative service, presenting all product benefits tailored to the customer's profile; Conduct financial analyses of negotiations; Prepare and send proposals, negotiate, and close sales; Take full ownership of the customer journey—from lead outreach to sale completion. * **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Commercial experience in B2C or B2B customer service; Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills; Hunter profile, results- and goal-oriented; Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule during business hours, with rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts; Experience in inside sales and digital channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media) is a plus; Experience handling leads is a plus. * **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary of R$ 2.500,00 + attractive variable pay; Profit-sharing program (PLR) of up to 3 monthly salaries per year; Meal allowance: R$ 27.75 per day; Food voucher: R$ 570.00 per month; Unimed health insurance (extendable to children and spouse); Dental insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Private pension plan; Transportation allowance; Home office allowance: R$ 120.00/month; Discounts on the Allya platform; Exclusive discounts on vehicle purchase and rental; Unlimited access to the Corporate University; Internal training and continuous development programs.
