The consultant’s role will be essential in raising awareness about preventable diseases, reinforcing the importance of vaccination, and guiding customers to pharmacists for guidance and clarification. Responsibilities: * Approach customers discreetly, empathetically, and respectfully regarding preventable diseases. * Identify potential individuals interested in health and prevention. * Initiate conversations using strategic and accessible questions about preventive health. * Direct customers to the pharmacist for continued care. * Present the benefits of vaccination clearly and conscientiously. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the campaign. * Adapt to the point-of-sale (PDV) environment, making it welcoming and informative. * Analyze customer profiles and adjust communication as needed. * Demonstrate clear communication, active listening, empathy, and confidence. Requirements: * Completed degree in health-related fields (Biomedicine, Nursing, Public Health) * Experience as a medical representative or in promoting health products/services; * Excellent verbal communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact respectfully and supportively with mature audiences; * Proactive profile, ethical conduct, strong sense of responsibility, and results orientation; * Ability to adapt approach according to customer profile, with attentive and analytical observation; * Prior experience in vaccination campaigns, health education, or awareness initiatives at point of sale is desirable; * Proficiency in operating mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) and entering data into PDV information collection systems. \*Mandatory\* \- Personal vehicle and valid Class B driver's license Work Location: **Belo Horizonte/MG**.
