




Job Summary: The Compounding Pharmacy Checker will be responsible for verifying and releasing compounded formulas, ensuring compliance with prescriptions, quality standards, and internal procedures. Attention to detail and organization We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Checker to verify compounded formulas and release them, ensuring products comply with prescriptions, quality standards, and the company's internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify compounded formulas prior to release, checking composition, dosages, quantities, and pharmaceutical form. * Verify labels, tags, patient/animal information, and usage instructions. * Check weight, capsule count, and standardization of preparations. * Evaluate physical appearance of formulations (color, odor, homogeneity, and integrity). * Ensure compounding complies with prescriptions and Good Compounding Practices. * Identify potential discrepancies or non-conformities and report them to the responsible pharmacist. * Responsible for organizing and ensuring traceability of compounding orders, including system inventory updates. * Release compounded formulas. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in compounding pharmacy or quality control is a plus. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking. * Ability to follow processes and regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience verifying capsules, pastes, solutions, or other pharmaceutical forms. * Knowledge of laboratory routines and quality control. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Competitive salary \+ Bonus \+ Meal Voucher \+ Transportation Voucher Compensation: starting at R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
