Job Summary: Lead and coordinate Initial Conference activities, guide the team, analyze errors, validate productivity information, and promote campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of campaigns for results and satisfaction **1 \-** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate all Initial Conference activities; * Conduct prescription form screening; * Guide the team on label editing; * Analyze commercial team errors and align with the Commercial Manager on handling measures: training, corrections, etc.; * Validate team productivity information submitted to HR for payroll calculations; terminations, when necessary; * Monitor probationary periods for team members; * Develop and promote team campaigns aimed at improving results and team satisfaction; **2 \- Mandatory Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in compounding pharmacy **3 \- Preferred Qualifications** * People management * Experience in prescription form screening * Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations. **4 \- Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM (rotating schedule) **5 \- What We Offer:** Fixed base salary of R$ 6,416.23; VA (Meal Allowance) of R$18/day (no deduction); VT (Transportation Allowance) as needed; Afternoon coffee; Partnerships with universities and technical schools; Discounts on products and medications; TOTAL PASS gym membership plan; MEDI QUO telemedicine platform; Health and dental assistance, and more!
