Present and technically defend the company's solutions in commercial meetings with customers **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: * Prepare commercial and technical proposals aligned with customer needs; * Develop consultative customer relationships and identify business opportunities; * Present and technically defend the company's solutions in commercial meetings with customers; * Conduct customer needs assessments to support proposal development; * Update CRM information daily; * Classify opportunities and monitor the sales pipeline; * Conduct structured follow-ups with customers; * Participate in commercial and technical meetings with customers. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Production or related fields), Architecture, or business- or construction-related disciplines; * Experience preparing commercial and technical proposals; * Experience using CRM systems for opportunity management and sales pipeline tracking; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for proposal development and presentations; * Familiarity with commercial management systems and customer tracking tools; * Experience in consultative customer relationship management or B2B commercial environments is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills and ability to build effective customer relationships; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. **BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US**: * Meal allowance of BRL 40.00 per day, usable at your discretion and with no payroll deduction; * Health insurance: Unimed; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Pharmacy card: Excard worth BRL 300.00 (deducted from payroll upon use); * Life insurance; * Benefits club: Salary Fits; * Additional benefits including partnerships with universities and technical education institutions; * Partnership with Sesi Club; * Gym benefit: Total Pass.
