Our purpose is to transform lives and promote health. \#JoinMandic! **JOB MISSION** Responsible for coordinating the clinical and technical activities of dental education units, ensuring correct protocol application, service quality, and patient safety. Works hands-on and closely with teams, providing guidance, supervision, and assurance that all procedures comply with technical, legal, and sanitary standards, while contributing to continuous improvement of clinical and educational routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Key responsibilities include directly supervising teams of dentists, assistants, and oral health technicians during patient care, monitoring adherence to clinical and biosafety protocols; * Support management in overseeing clinic infrastructure, identifying maintenance needs, equipment acquisition, and dental supply procurement; * Promote operational training, technical capacity-building, and practical guidance for professionals, fostering technical development and alignment with institutional standards; * Serve as a liaison between technical coordination and field teams, ensuring fluent communication and achievement of productivity and quality goals. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Requires a completed undergraduate degree in Dentistry, with active registration at the Regional Dental Council (CRO); * Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in clinical areas and/or in Health Management or Dentistry is desirable; * Solid knowledge of clinical protocols, biosafety, and technical team management is required, along with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and academic environments; * Practical profile, with results-oriented leadership, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to conduct visits and travel between units. **BENEFITS:** Essential Meal Voucher (Flexible Card) Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Care for Your Health Medical Assistance (with co-payment) Dental Assistance Pharmacy Benefit Quality of Life and Well-being Birthday Day Off TotalPass Exclusive Discounts for Employees Open English – English courses at special rates.
