Guarantee medication safety and the quality of medications provided to patients. Plan, organize, and conduct outpatient pharmaceutical consultation processes at Grupo Santa Casa, including technical validation of prescriptions and pharmaceutical counseling. Maintain reports and information related to operations and outcomes, performing risk management and conflict management to support analytical and managerial decision-making. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Salary:** R$10.111,02 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$ 200.00 per child (up to 3 children), subject to eligibility criteria: children up to 48 months of age, or children with special needs of any age; mothers or legal guardians of children up to 48 months of age, or with children with special needs of any age; fathers with definitive custody of children up to 48 months of age, or with children with special needs of any age; * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, Araújo, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, gyms, and others; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise the clinical pharmacy team at Grupo Santa Casa, ensuring process compliance in accordance with current legislation, as well as developing institutional protocols and workflows; * Direct and guide work processes by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementing work routines, monitoring pharmacoeconomic activities, and evaluating output qualitatively and quantitatively—considering each employee’s efficiency and available material resources—to ensure operational compliance; * Annually update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and PRSs (Systemic Procedures); * Develop and deliver training sessions for the team; * Monitor notifications regarding technical complaints about medications and medical-hospital supplies, in accordance with criteria established by the Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance Department; * Forecast expenditures through allocation across all institutional cost centers related to pharmacy and compounding (KPIs); * Monitor departmental expenditures and revenues; * Develop process improvement projects aimed at institutional sustainability; * Ensure compliance with current legislation; * Monitor pharmacoeconomic entries to contribute to process compliance; * Prepare reports and statistics based on processed data and information, meeting identified needs and supporting analytical and managerial decision-making; * Provide technical responses to ANVISA and other competent government agencies, in accordance with the role’s responsibilities and competencies, Ministry of Health regulations, and professional councils’ guidelines, observing specific procedures and instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Participate in qualification, acquisition, control, and consumption processes for materials, equipment, and instruments, aiming for appropriate resource utilization; * Participate in committees and meetings, as needed, monitoring risks, practices, and errors to establish action plans, implement improvements, and align initiatives; * Collaborate with the area supervisor on personnel administration matters, arranging necessary coverage and staff reassignments to maintain optimal operational conditions; * Participate in selection and development processes for professionals within the management team, providing training and encouraging learning, as well as promoting team participation in lectures, training sessions, congresses, and other activities contributing to professional and institutional growth; * Work collaboratively with the entire team in alignment with the institution’s Strategic Map, Mission, Vision, and Values, contributing to the development of the management system according to pre-established guidelines; * Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and instruments, contacting responsible maintenance service providers to guarantee suitable operating and usage conditions; * Analyze quality indicators, develop and evaluate action plans, and other tools for managing the quality of care; * Perform other related tasks of similar nature and complexity, upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable; * Active and permanent registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF).
