Focus on quality, organization, agility, and teamwork Job Description: **Position Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated professional to work as a Cleaner, responsible for cleaning and maintaining the restaurant’s internal and external areas. The goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff, in accordance with the company’s hygiene and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of restaurant facilities (dining area, restrooms, outdoor areas, etc.); * Sanitize utensils and equipment according to safety guidelines; * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste appropriately; * Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary; * Follow established hygiene and safety procedures; * Provide support to other departments when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or in similar activities; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality; * Organization, agility, and responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental assistance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 09:00 to 21:00 (12X36 shift schedule) **Compensation:** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 1,697.00; * Hazardous work allowance (R$ 162.10 per month); * Average monthly commission of R$ 400.00; * Opportunity for additional earnings.
