We are looking for a communicative, dynamic professional with a strong results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop ISP client portfolio; * Handle contract retention, renewal, and expansion; * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; * Monitor performance metrics and SLA; * Serve as liaison between clients, technical teams, and commercial teams; * Negotiate proposals, contracts, and adjustments. **Requirements:** * Experience in ISP sales and account management; * Background in telecommunications or ISP sector; * Strong negotiation and client relationship skills; * Knowledge of internet solutions, dedicated links, and data services; * Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
