Record and organize interactions in the CRM system to maintain an updated history. Inspect property condition, age, finishings, area (square meters), and structural characteristics. Compare similar properties sold or listed in the same region. Draft reports to determine the estimated value. **Requirements** Proven experience in customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
