Come check it out! **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a Loss Prevention Assistant to work at our Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy and directly contributing to the reduction of operational losses. This position is strategic to safeguard logistical process integrity, working closely with operational teams and area management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct item verification and reconciliation during receiving and shipping; * Support inventory accuracy control, ensuring data reliability; * Perform cycle counts and inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies; * Investigate inventory inconsistencies jointly with responsible parties; * Monitor products with damages, expirations, blocks, or other restrictions; * Inspect products and merchandise, identifying deviations, damages, or non-conformities; * Ensure correct storage and location of products in inventory; * Monitor sorting, damage assessment, and product recovery processes; * Maintain updated records of loss prevention-related activities; * Support the Supervisor/Team Leader in operational and administrative routines; * Assist in internal investigations related to losses, frauds, or misconduct; * Prioritize tasks and monitor daily routines, ensuring efficient execution; * Collaborate with Distribution Center operational teams; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * 6 months to 1 year of experience in related fields (logistics, inventory, or loss prevention); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with quality routines and inventory control. **What We Offer** * Competitive market salary; * Benefits: Health insurance (subject to eligibility, location, and position); Dental plan (opt-in basis); Life insurance; Funeral assistance; Maternity program; Educational partnerships; Pague Menos Corporate University – Up Farma; Gold Discount; Pharmacy partnership (Epharma); Wellhub; Educa Mais; Telemedicine; Workplace gymnastics; Annual bonus; Transportation allowance; Free parking. * A dynamic work environment and professional development opportunities.
