Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to manage the marketing for our laundry unit, operating both strategically and operationally. Key Highlights: 1. Development of commercial campaigns and promotional activities **Marketing Assistant \- Cidade Nova Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte** **About the Position** We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on individual to take charge of the unit’s marketing. You will be the **sole marketing professional for the laundry**, operating both strategically and operationally. **Main Responsibilities** * Social media management (content planning, posts, stories, and campaigns) * Creation of graphic materials for promotion (banners, brochures, promotional materials) * Updating and maintaining the official website * Planning and executing commercial campaigns and promotional activities * Developing internal initiatives (internal marketing, commemorative dates) * Supporting the sales team with creative materials and ideas * Monitoring results and suggesting continuous improvements **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in digital marketing and social media * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar * Strong written communication skills and organizational ability * Responsibility regarding deadlines and attention to detail * Proactive mindset — ability to take initiative and solve problems * Creativity combined with strategic vision **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 2\.400,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 420,00 * Life insurance * Work schedule: 5 days/week, 44 hours/week (on-site) **Join Our Team!** If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait for instructions to make things happen, who enjoys creating, executing, and seeing the impact of your work on the business, this opportunity is for you!
