




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing procurement processes, ensuring excellence in proposal preparation and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on information organization and strategic management for decision-making. * Monitor and identify procurement opportunities compatible with the company's portfolio; * Perform technical reading and critical analysis of tender documents; * Register proposals on electronic platforms; * Monitor public electronic auction sessions; * Draft clarification requests, challenges, and appeals (with legal support when necessary); * Proactively manage deadlines, certificates, contracts, and minutes; * Update process tracking spreadsheets; * Support the management of minutes, contracts, and delivery deadlines; * Analyze tender documents from technical, commercial, and strategic perspectives, identifying risks and opportunities; * Ensure excellence in preparing and submitting documentation to avoid disqualifications; * Actively monitor electronic auctions and procurement procedures; * Proactively manage deadlines, certificates, contracts, and minutes; * Draft clarification requests, challenges, and appeals when necessary; * Maintain organized information to support decision-making by the commercial team and leadership; * Interact with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and speed; **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Public Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with procurement processes (Law No. 14,133/2021 and/or Law No. 8,666/1993); * Experience assembling and organizing qualification documentation; * Practical experience reading and analyzing tender documents; * Familiarity with electronic auction platforms (Comprasnet, BEC, Licitanet, Portal de Compras Públicas, or similar) is desirable; * Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or medico-hospital services) is a plus. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience organizing control spreadsheets; experience registering and updating documents with public agencies. **Additional Information** * Quarterly Bonus (after probation period) * Working Hours: 08:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday), on-site, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break * Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per business day (no employee deduction) * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (no employee deduction) * Gympass membership * Tuition Assistance for Undergraduate or Postgraduate Studies * UNIMED Co-participatory Health Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Birthday Leave
