Job Summary: The professional will monitor, organize, and analyze data from the public transportation fleet, provide user support, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the transportation system. User support and collaboration for the transportation system **Responsibilities**: Monitor and track, in real time, the operation of the passenger public transportation fleet; Organize and process operational databases, ensuring data consistency and reliability; Conduct data analyses focused on operational efficiency and decision support; Respond to requests from public transportation users; Record service orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure the full functionality of the passenger public transportation system.
