Schedule and monitor patient appointments, as well as control the movement of records and documents, providing information and forwarding administrative matters to relevant departments, thereby contributing to compliance with administrative processes pertinent to the work area and to processes related to the care of patients with high suspicion of cancer and confirmed oncology patients, across prevention, screening, access, and diagnosis pathways, supporting the entire Mobile Oncology Health Unit (UMSO) team under the SUS system.
**Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 19:00; Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
**Salary:** R$ 2076.23

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Schedule meetings, create and send documents, and make contacts as required by the Oncology Care Management for UMSO operations;
* Create schedules, generate reports, and monitor appointments conducted at the UMSO;
* Track UMSO appointment reports and checklists positive for high suspicion of cancer, per UMSO professionals’ guidance;
* Interface with CARPO to monitor patients with high suspicion of cancer identified at the UMSO and absorbed by the SCBH Oncology Institute;
* Take responsibility for patient outreach and active case-finding for patients assumed by the SCBH Oncology Institute and monitored via navigation, to be transferred to other specialized oncology services;
* Control documents required for oncology patient regulation;
* Monitor and analyze the number of new cases originating at the UMSO and absorbed via interconsultation and/or elective admission;
* Monitor and interface with specialized outpatient clinics, as well as other departments as needed along the oncology care pathway;
* Generate reports on documents processed at the UMSO and update statistical spreadsheets;
* Perform administrative tasks, especially when carrying out duties at the SCBH Oncology Institute or Hospital Oncology Care Units;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed High School education;
