Support to various departments and organization of documents Provide front-desk and reception services at the slaughterhouse, ensuring organization, efficiency in information flow, administrative support, and accurate registration of operations in the Atak system, contributing to the company's smooth operation and high-quality service to customers, suppliers, and employees. Responsibilities: - Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service with courtesy and professionalism - Receive drivers, suppliers, customers, inspectors, and visitors - Monitor entry and exit of personnel and access to the Executive Office - Register expenses, record transactions, and perform queries in the **Atak system** - Assist in controlling invoices, delivery notes, and transportation documents - Organize and archive physical and digital documents - Provide support to administrative, financial, and commercial departments as needed - Record incidents, messages, and internal requests - Maintain order and cleanliness at the reception area and common spaces - Comply with internal policies, operational procedures, and slaughterhouse safety regulations Benefits: - Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy - Meals provided on-site (lunch, breakfast/afternoon snack) - Dental plan (after probation period) - Newborn assistance benefit (after baby's birth) - Pharmacy discount (after probation period) - 10% discount on purchases Employment Type: Full-time CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Salary: R$2,000.00 – R$2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel subsidy * Transportation allowance
