Job Summary: Analyzes and prospects resource acquisition opportunities, provides support and monitoring for projects, and optimizes resource acquisition processes. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to optimizing resource acquisition processes Analyze and prospect resource acquisition opportunities, provide support and monitor project registration, implementation, and reporting phases, engage relevant departments involved in project execution; support the development of investment projects; monitor and contribute to optimizing resource acquisition processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00, and Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour break **Salary:** R$ 4\.748,67 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Childcare allowance — R$200.00 per child, for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program — including psychological support and regular physical activity; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and auto repair shops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor publication of public calls (edicts) aimed at resource acquisition for the institution; * Map and monitor publication of public calls and diverse opportunities targeting partnerships and resource acquisition; * Opportunity Identification: Monitor and identify public calls, incentive laws, and other available funding opportunities; * Stay updated on new laws, policies, and regulations related to tax incentives and funding calls; * Project Development: Develop detailed proposals and projects for submission to public calls and incentive programs; * Prepare action plans, schedules, and budgets for projects; * Assess eligibility requirements and criteria of public calls and incentive laws to ensure project compliance; * Documentation Management: Prepare and organize all documentation required for project submissions; * Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all stages of the resource acquisition process; * Monitor project implementation and ensure compliance with funders’ requirements; * Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate project progress against established objectives; * Prepare performance and impact reports for presentation to funders and stakeholders; * Draft official letters to communicate received donations, request new donations, and express gratitude; * Issue receipts when donations are made at the Office of the Ombudsman; * Conduct guided visits for donors to the Santa Casa facilities to showcase the institution’s infrastructure and services; * Participate in seminars, meetings, forums, and other sector events to promote institutional relationships with diverse audiences and social investment stakeholders; * Monitor ordinances, resolutions, and deliberations; * Record activities in control spreadsheets; * Develop new processes and continuously improve quality; * Prepare quality documents and present results; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree Desirable: Extension courses and/or specialization in related fields. **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
