Job Summary: The Research and Development Assistant will support research, data analysis, and the development of new products and technologies by performing and assisting in technical laboratory activities. Position: Research and Development Assistant \- PD Description: We are seeking a Research and Development Assistant to join our innovation team. The professional will assist in research activities, data analysis, and the development of new products and technologies, performing and supporting technical activities within the Research and Development department, including laboratory testing, equipment operation, experimental data recording and organization, as well as assisting in method standardization, raw material control, and technical documentation organization. Responsibilities: * Performing laboratory tests according to established protocols; * Operating hematological and physicochemical equipment; * Maintaining detailed records of results; * Controlling reagents and consumables; * Using the Fluxis platform for reagent registration and basic consumables control; * Supporting higher-level colleagues in executing and organizing departmental R&D-related documents; * Assisting in test standardization and experimental report organization. * Collaborating with the R&D team to create and implement new solutions. * Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement of research and development processes. Requirements: * Biomedicine * Knowledge of Hematology * Knowledge of preparation and handling of reagents and biological samples * Knowledge of laboratory routines * Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis. * Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively.
