Job Summary: Support risk management activities by verifying and tracking shipments, monitoring vehicles, and assisting drivers and the operations team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on risk management and monitoring **Responsibilities:** Support activities related to the Risk Management Program. Verify, monitor, and track shipments handled by the company; * Comply with PGR (Risk Management Planning) requirements; * Verify shipments in the system to implement risk management actions at destination locations; * Register shipments with the insurance provider; * Perform registration and, when necessary, report incidents to the insurance provider’s representative; * Register the company’s fleet, third-party contracted drivers, and other service providers with the risk management provider and insurance provider, and obtain authorization / clearance for trips; * Record delivery completions according to supporting documentation and archive the respective proof of delivery; * Verify company vehicle routes (owned fleet, service providers, etc.), including values and locations, to implement the “Monitoring System”, based on the PGR (Vehicle Risk Management Program); * Conduct the “Checklist” and refrigerated compartment temperature verification, and proceed with driver monitoring and support after departure; * Participate in ice replacement for temperature-sensitive shipments, supporting the operations team; * Handle incidents (route deviation / Panic Button activation / Claim / Signal loss); * Monitor and track vehicles via satellite, checking for route deviations, unauthorized stops, and Panic Button activation through the system; **What We Offer** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for professional development. * Market-competitive remuneration + benefits. * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance * Food Basket * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Wellhub * Birthday Day Off **Prerequisites** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Experience in logistics, specifically in monitoring Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI are considered advantages **Skills** * Initiative * Assertive communication * Proactivity Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Willingness to work onsite in the Universitário neighborhood/BH Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Onsite
