**Main Responsibilities**: Control the access of staff identified by using the Institution's ID badge; Control the access of visitors and companions of hospitalized patients, through signature in the visitor logbook and issuance of identification labels; Control outpatient, emergency, urgent care, hemodynamics, ICU, and endoscopy access, through issuance of visitor ID badges and recording of data in a spreadsheet; Control access for visitors under 12 years old to the Medical Clinic and under 16 years old to the ICU; Control access of representatives to the Urgent Care Department; Distribute queue numbers and guide users to the requested service (Outpatient Consultation, Exams, Appointment Scheduling, etc.); Assist with boarding and disembarking wheelchair users; Control administrative visits; candidates undergoing selection processes; and representatives, informing the responsible department for entry authorization, issuing mandatory ID badges for circulation within the institution, and recording information in a spreadsheet; Control intern access via ID badges and inform them which is the correct logbook to sign, according to their educational institution; Contact departments responsible for receiving correspondence; Control entry of items into patient rooms (plants, fans, portable air conditioners, etc.); Provide information to the Imaging Service (X-ray and CT Scan); Record incidents in the official logbook; Control vehicle access into the Hospital; Control physician access by noting vehicle license plates and applying the professional’s stamp; Grant ambulance access up to Urgent Care, notifying the internal Gate staff member; Guide companions regarding patient boarding and disembarking, informing them of the 15-minute grace period, with hazard lights activated; Direct patients and visitors to the requested location (Outpatient Clinic / Urgent Care / Inpatient Admission); Control access of funeral vehicles, recording the vehicle license plate in a spreadsheet; Control access of cargo and delivery vehicles, notifying the responsible department for clearance; Track origin of deaths in coordination with the funeral service (via spreadsheet); Control opening and closing of the clinic (“Alegria Health Program”); Control entry of materials, verifying invoices (“Alegria Health Program”); Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. **Schedule**: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM — Shift Schedule 06X01 (days off are staggered).
