Support for sales and after-sales processes **Description** The Budget Analyst will be responsible for performing commercial and administrative activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and internal MPC procedures. The professional will handle customer service, quotation analysis, proposal preparation, and support for sales, after-sales, and performance indicators. **Main Responsibilities:** **Commercial and Administrative Activities** * Update demands via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Planner. * Analyze received quotations, completing forms and recording critical information. * Submit questions to customers for budget preparation according to existing forms. * Prepare budgets and pre-calculations according to the type of service or product. * Perform sales calculations for products. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals following existing forms. * Consult portals and systems to update commercial information. * Open and update proposals in the Cigam system, recording statuses as received, sent, approved, invoiced, or lost. * Request invoice issuance from the tax department. * Request ART issuance from the electrical engineer when necessary. * Register customers in internal systems (Cigam) and external portals. * Approve field engineering collections, transports, and releases via Microsoft Forms/List. * Verify customer orders and separate safety documentation as requested. * Conduct communications with customers and internal teams per leadership guidance. **Indicators and After-Sales** * Prepare after-sales, budgeting, warranty, and customer complaint indicators. * Send after-sales reports to responsible representatives after execution and invoicing. * Archive completed processes and organize physical folders of submitted processes. **Requirements:** * **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in a related field. * **Minimum:** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative and commercial routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Planner. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and empathy.
