




Job Summary: Grupo Classic is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate logistics activities, ensuring resource optimization, smooth operations, and customer satisfaction. During our expansion, we also established Ícone Logística, providing logistics solutions for clients across diverse profiles and industries. Currently, Grupo Classic ranks among the top five musical instrument importers in Brazil and continues strengthening its position as a market reference in the music industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supervising and coordinating logistics activities related to receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order picking, shipping, and product transportation. Ensures timely delivery, product integrity, and logistics process efficiency—guaranteeing resource optimization, smooth operations, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the team by assigning tasks and monitoring results. * Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping of materials and products. * Manage physical and system-based inventory, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery time, losses, operational costs, and productivity). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in operations. * Support implementation of improvements in logistics processes and control systems. * Conduct periodic inventories and support internal and external audits. * Train and develop the operational team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical training in Logistics or related fields preferred); * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering is desirable; * Prior experience leading operational teams; * Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, or similar); * Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate operational reports; * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
