Job Summary: Professional responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting project and portfolio information, developing management reports and dashboards, and supporting project governance. Support the implementation of continuous improvements in PMO planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, aligning technology, processes, and people. Conduct comparative, historical, and predictive analyses to support strategic decision-making and anticipate risks. Contribute to the adoption of traditional and agile management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Lean), integrating planning, execution, and monitoring practices. Promote a culture of information governance and management, acting as a facilitator between technical and corporate departments. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience in PMO and project planning within mining companies. Experience in implementing construction projects. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Primavera Cloud (OPC). Advanced Excel and Word skills, and experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar). Knowledge of SharePoint and application of best practices in document governance. Ability to structure management processes and standards using tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or similar.
